Last night we told you how Jersey Shore star Jenni ‘Jwoww’ Farley shared an open letter to her estranged husband Roger Mathews, accusing him of infidelity and physical abuse.

“I can no longer sit idly by while you mistreat and malign me in such an egregious manner, you have presented yourself to the public as a praiseworthy father and a husband who has been suffering by my alleged actions and behavior,” she says in the lengthy letter.

Along with the letter Farley released a series of videos that show a darker side of her nearly 4 year marriage.

Well now Roger has responded, just moments ago Mathews, 43, took to his Instagram sharing a series of videos in which he completely denies the allegations made against him.

In the post which he captioned, “ Truly sad it has come to this.”

He begins saying how heartbroken he is, and that he and his attorney’s had a prepared statement, but that he chooses not to read that.

He goes on to say that all the allegations against him are lies and that they will be addressed in court!

He continues by saying that there is a “deep rooted” history of someone, he doesn’t name names, playing the “victim,” and that he looks forward to bringing the truth of this situation to light.

The video which is in a series of 4 sections to the post is followed by court documents, filed today in Toms River, NJ., in the court documents, Mathews accuses Farley of making “ficticious” and “defamatory” accusations.  The suit also highlights that the allegations made by Farley “uncoincidentally” came to light the “same day” the Jersey Shore star was “pedaling a new YouTube travel series.”

In the filing, the attorneys repping Roger ask that Jenni be held in contempt of court, taken in for a “mental evaluation” and threaten to sue!!!

Check out the pictures of the documents below!!!!!
