The Bachelor contestant Demi Burnett, was evicted from her own home two times, before moving into the the bachelor mansion to fight for Colton Underwood’s final rose.
Radar Online is reporting that court papers obtained from Hays County Justice Court in Texas, Capstone Cottages of San Marcos filed a petition to evict Burnett in March of 2015.
Burnett who had been a tenant since August 1, 2014, was formerly evicted by the manager on March 9, 2015. Court documents show she agreed to pay $694 per month the first of each month, and that back rent, court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees were totaled to be $2,335.46.
The eviction hearing was scheduled for April 2, 2015 and that Burnett did not answer or appear. The Plaintiff was granted possession of the premises and Burnett was ordered to pay a judgment of $2,074.46, to which she still owes, along with 5% interest every year!
In May 2015, Burnett and her friend leased a new apartment from a different complex and signed a $1,225 per month lease.
She and her roommate, Darby Ray were ordered to pay $1,225 in back rent. She no showed for her court appearance and a judgement was made against her for $1,633.00, which she has not paid.
