Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein’s ex Lenny is demanding a court kick her out of their $52 million Star Island mansion because she refuses to leave.
In newly leaked legal documents, first obtained by The Sun, Lenny, 55, claims that in the event of a divorce, Lisa, 39, agreed she would vacate the home, per their prenuptial agreement.
Lenny also alleges their prenup says clear as day, that the wife will “vacate the Marital Home then occupied by the parties within thirty (30) days of such filing.”
In Friday’s filing, Lenny claimed: “The Wife has indicated she currently does not intend to vacate the Marital Home.”
Meanwhile, the Real Housewives star’s estranged husband claimed that while their prenup did not say he would need to provide Lisa with a residence, he, however, said: “Husband has offered to purchase a $3.5 million dollar residence where the Wife may reside, or rent the Wife a luxury residence for a reasonable period of time while she obtains her own residence.”
He also alleged he has offered to pay all of the Bravo star’s moving costs and added he has offered to take “all steps necessary to comfortably transition the Wife to luxurious accommodations that are comfortable for her and the children.”
He said is asking the court “enter an Order that establishes a date certain the Wife will vacate the residence in accordance with the Prenuptial Agreement.”
Lenny said this motion should not have been necessary, and so he also asks the court to “award the Husband his professional fees and costs; require the Wife to bear her own,” as far as the legal fees associated with his motion.
Just last month Lisa was “blindsided” by husband Lenny’s decision to divorce her after 12 years of marriage.
“With two young children involved, as a mom I’m going to focus all of my energy and time on them,” the RHOM star said in an exclusive statement to Page Six, “I’m blindsided by his behavior and reckless handling of the situation,” she added.
