On Monday, 31-year-old surfer, Bethany Hamilton shared on Instagram that she recently went on her first surf trip since welcoming her third son Micah with husband Adam Dirks in February.

 Taking to Instagram the mom of three, say she feels “thankful” to be back in the water, adding that she had “fun times” at the BSR Surf Resort in Texas.
