Belts were made with the practical reason of holding up baggy pants. However, they have transitioned from being a utility accessory to a statement piece on an outfit. This year, more and more fashion influencers and icons are bringing back the mid-section belt. A mid-section belt is great for cinching a blazer, dress, sweater, etc. to give them more shape.
