Tom Merchant says “When thinking about travel that should be booked a year in advance, there are a few factors at play, notably availability, access, and complexity of itinerary and experiences.” For example, locations and/or excursions with tourism caps, something as elaborate as getting the entire family together for a reunion, getting to participate in things that may only happen occur once a year and so on. And although the last minute trips can be nice because they don’t require much thinking, sometimes we need to give a little bit more energy to get more out of it. And since we now have the time to plan, why not do it. So here’s a little of trips to plan a year in advance but will be worth every minute of planning.
