Cam Akers is going to be a top running back
Cam Akers had a decent year with his carries increasing as the season progressed. When given 25+ carries this season Akers has had 131 yards (Saturday vs. Seattle) and 171 yards (Vs. New England). Obviously he has some stuff to work on just like every other rookie, but he has tremendous upside. It’s going to be interesting to see if the Rams continue to feed him in the playoffs. While there are many good running backs in this draft class (Taylor, Robinson, Dobbins, Edwards-Helaire) it’s possible that Akers could have the most success.
