The Seattle Seahawks are still battling a number of injuries to the running back room with starter Chris Carson and backups Carlos Hyde and Travis Homer still uncertain for Week 9 against the Bills in Buffalo.
As of Thursday afternoon, neither Carson nor Hyde had returned to practice and Homer has only participated in a limited capacity.
“We’ll see Chris on Friday and see how he looks,” coach Pete Carroll had said Wednesday. “We’re going to give him until Friday to see what we can find out. It doesn’t look like Carlos is going to make it. We’ve got to take care of the hamstring. We brought in Alex Collins to help us out if we need it. He’s on the practice squad right now. We’ll see how he works today. For sure it looks like Homer is back ready to go.”
