The Jets head coach, dubbed a “brilliant offensive mind” by Christopher Johnson earlier this season, was asked Monday about the possibility of relinquishing his offensive play-calling duties. Surprisingly, Gase admitted that the thought has crossed his mind in the past and with the Jets offense ranking near the bottom in most statistical categories.
