The Cleveland Browns are coming off a rather disappointing season, even though they had one of the most talented rosters on paper last season. One of the many reasons being the mediocre QB play from their 1st overall pick Baker Mayfield. Baker was the Heisman Trophy winner his senior season at Oklahoma, so the criticism he has faced does not come at a surprise.
