Riverboat Ron and Black Jack are some of the best defensive minded coaches in the NFL.  And those minds see tons of potential for the Redskins’ to switch from the 3-4 with the current player personnel.  This has been a main emphasis during their first week on the job.

The Redskins’ defense had a lot of upside at the beginning of the year however they finished the season averaging 27 points and 385 yards per game.  For Del Rio, the first thing he noticed was that the unit was comprised of “proud men” that just had a bad run.
