Sometimes in the NFL there are numerous things that can surprise you. Such as three 1-7 teams posting wins in week 10, giving their fans hope for the future.
In a 34-27 win, the Jet’s beat the Giants. Safety Jamal Adams became the sixth player since 2000 to record two quarterback sacks, two forced fumbles and a touchdown in the same game. After an 0-7 start, the Dolphins won their second straight game.
The Falcons shocked the Saints, sacking Drew Brees six times and holding them under 10 points at home for the first time since 1973.
There is no real chance that these teams will make it to the playoffs this season. However, getting their game together during now can provide some good momentum for next season while playing spoiler for teams still in playoff contention.
