It has been a few weeks since fired ‘Teen Mom 2’ star Jenelle Evans regained custody of all her children including 5-year-old Kaiser whom she shares with ex-husband Nathan Griffith.  After a months long battle in child custody court Evans and her husband, David Eason, had their child abuse case thrown out by a judge who ruled there was not enough sufficient evidence to remove the children from the home.
