Yesterday a North Carolina judge threw out former ‘Teen Mom’ star Jenelle Evans child custody case and ordered that her children be returned to her custody immediately. The judge on the case ruled that there was no “evidence of neglect” on the reality stars part, which stemmed from an incident where her husband David Eason, shot and killed the family dog after it nipped at their 2-year-old daughters face.
