90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Jay Smith is in custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement following his divorce from Ashley Martson, according to US Weekly.
Jay has been detained at York County Prison in Pennsylvania. He turned himself in after learning that he had a warrant out for his arrest, stemming from violating a Protection Of Abuse Order allegation from Ashley on July 1st.
