90 Day Fiancé star is back at it again! Ashley Martson is now facing charges for throwing a fire extinguisher through her estranged husband, Jay Smith’s apartment window. She admitted to it during an IG live session last month.
Ashley was charged with one charge of simple assault and one charge of criminal mischief, In Touch confirmed via Cumberland County court records. She was not arrested.
The chargers were officially placed on June 19th – just 3 days after she confessed on Instagram LIVE
