Earlier today we told you how Jenelle Evans and David Eason were spotted outside a North Carolina courthouse wrapping up the third visit this week in regards to their child custody case hearing.

Incase you missed it, in May Jenelle and David lost custody of their 3 children after Child Protective Services (CPS) investigated the death of the couple’s dog, at the hands of David.

After that incident a judge ordered David’s daughter Maryssa, 11, along with Jenelle’s son Kaiser, 5, and the couple’s daughter Ensly, 2, be removed from the home.
